How does the price-beat guarantee work?
Bring us a written quote for a comparable job from any licensed, insured Denver-metro competitor before you book, and we'll beat it by 5% — down to our $89 minimum service charge. Just present the quote up front; some exclusions apply.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Labor, loading, hauling, and responsible disposal are included in your quote. The only additions are clearly-disclosed surcharges for things like extreme weight, excessive stairs, or specialty-disposal items — and you approve the full price before we lift a thing.
How is junk removal priced?
Mostly by volume — how much space your items take in the trailer — from a single-item minimum up to a full trailer load. We quote a flat price on site so there's no vague volume guessing after the fact.
Do you really pay me for my stuff?
Yes. During garage and estate cleanouts we appraise resellable furniture and goods and pay you cash on the spot, which is credited against your bill. It's a key reason our cleanouts cost less than the competition.
